Changing the time or address of a private-party dancer request
The dinner reservation moves, the host changes homes or the group needs a different start time. Before forwarding a revised invitation, separate the change you want from the arrangements that have actually been agreed. A clear update can prevent a performer, host and guests from following three different plans.
First identify whether you have an inquiry or an agreed booking
Look at the last direct response from the booking contact. Is the date only being discussed, has a quote been provided, or have the arrangements been expressly confirmed? Keep those stages separate. An email draft sitting in your own email app has not reached the recipient. A message that you sent is also not proof that the proposed change was accepted.
If you have a booking reference, use it in the existing correspondence. If you do not, identify the original date and the name used for the inquiry. Do not invent a reservation number or label a payment as received because you intended to make it. When the status is unclear, ask the contact to state what is currently agreed and what remains pending.
Write the original and proposed details side by side
Do not send only “make it an hour later” or “we moved nearby.” State the actual proposed date, local time and location. A time change that crosses midnight needs a new calendar date. Include the city and state so a time or address cannot be confused with another event.
| Detail | Last agreed or requested | New proposal |
|---|---|---|
| Date and start time | Full date, local time and city | Full revised date and local time; say if flexible |
| Location | Original property and city/state | Proposed property and city/state; exact address through the private booking channel |
| Access | Original arrival contact and entry arrangements | New host, parking, entry instructions or unresolved access questions |
| Requested scope | Format, duration and adult guest count previously discussed | Which of those details change, and which stay the same |
| Price and status | Latest written quote and what is actually confirmed | Revised quote requested; acceptance and any payment steps still pending |
Keep the worksheet in a private host note. The public gallery, a social comment or a shared invitation is not the place to post a home address, access code, payment details or personal documents. Provide necessary event details directly through the established booking channel; never send card numbers or government ID images.
Check the new venue before asking anyone to travel
A new property can change more than the journey. Ask the property contact whether the proposed adults-only entertainment is permitted, whether there is suitable space and how visitors enter. A room reservation or rental agreement does not by itself establish permission for a performance. Do not describe a hotel, rental or event room as a Stripper Gods partner unless that relationship is actually confirmed.
For a Los Angeles request, a move to another address should be checked against that actual address, not the assumption that two places in the same city take the same time to reach. Ask about the proposed arrival window and any effect on the quote. The Los Angeles dancer arrival worksheet helps organize the on-site contact, access and host handoff without assuming a route or travel time.
Send one clear change message
Use the same conversation where practical so the booking contact can compare the update with earlier details. A host can adapt this message without treating it as acceptance:
“Please review a proposed change to [booking reference, if issued / original inquiry date]. The previous details were [date, local start time, city and property]. We are requesting [new date, local start time, city and property]. The requested format/duration/guest count is [details]. Please confirm whether the change is possible, the revised full price and terms, and what action is needed from me. This message requests a change; I understand the new arrangements are not confirmed yet.”
If the event is close, call the published number and refer to the written update. Do not assume that sending the same request through several unrelated channels makes it accepted sooner. Keep a short note of who replied, when they replied and the details they actually agreed to. If no reply arrives, the new plan remains unresolved.
Review a revised quote before agreeing
Ask for the complete revised scope and price, including any relevant travel or other charges and the agreed direct payment to the entertainer. A materially different service or price needs your express agreement; a host should not tell guests it is settled while still waiting for that information. Do not treat an earlier payment as automatic authorization for a new charge.
Moving an event and canceling it are different requests. Ask how the applicable written cancellation and refund policy applies to your specific situation. Do not assume that a reschedule automatically preserves a refund deadline, creates a refund, or cancels the earlier booking. If you want to cancel, say that clearly through the required channel and retain the timestamped response. This article does not replace your booking terms or determine a refund outcome.
Give guests and the arrival host an accurate final update
Once the revised arrangements are expressly confirmed, update the shared itinerary and identify which older details are superseded. Until then, label the proposed change pending. Tell the arrival host what they need to coordinate; avoid forwarding the full private booking conversation to every guest.
Check that the host knows the agreed time, permitted location, contact route and payment arrangement. Reconfirm performance boundaries and recording permissions if the format or group changes. Adults-only entertainment does not include sexual services. Nobody’s consent to attend or participate should be inferred from an old invitation.
Use galleries to describe preferences, not to confirm a replacement
The existing Los Angeles gallery and California state gallery can help communicate a style preference. Crown M3 is a reference profile linked from the Los Angeles gallery; that mapping does not verify identity, current availability or attendance. If the date changes, ask the booking contact what assignment can actually be confirmed rather than assuming the same pictured person will attend.
